The Home.Work.People Staffing Division finds and recruits top people for the Production, Post Production and Interactive Media industries. We believe it is important to meet clients and candidates in face-to-face interviews to ensure that we're creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Before we submit candidates for a position, we interview them to assess their fitness for the job. Time constraints and distance sometimes require a telephone interview but in most cases, we meet with the individual so we can be sure that the candidate has a keen interest in the position before we submit his resume. And candidates can be sure we won't forward their resumes until they've given their express permission.
After we submit a resume, we follow up - keeping the candidate informed on the status of the selection process. We confirm and arrange the candidate's interview with the employer. Following the interview, we debrief candidates to assess their interest in the position. And if the candidate is unsuccessful, we try to let them know where their application fell short.
